Hunting Deposit Policy
A fifty (50%) percent deposit is required upon booking with the balance of fifty (50%) percent due on arrival. Deposits are payable by cash, personal check, money order or certified funds.
Cancellation Policy
Any cancellation notice received prior to July,1st will receive a refund less a $100.00 administrative fee. Cancellations received after July 1 will NOT receive a refund. Every effort will be made to re-book and if successful, you will receive a refund of monies paid less a $100 per client re-booking fee. No refunds or credit shall be given for early departure or late arrivals on any hunt. Cancellations must be made in writing and sent by either facsimile or US Postal Service.
Rates DO NOT INCLUDE the cost of licenses, meat processing, shipping, and taxidermy fee.
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be given for a death in the family or for health complications. Proof must be provided upon request. |
